We collect information you provide directly: name, email, organization details, and data you enter into the platform (clients, tasks, documents, etc.). We also collect usage data such as login times and feature usage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, send service-related communications, and ensure security. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers with encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Data may only be shared with service providers essential to operating the platform (cloud hosting, email delivery) under strict confidentiality agreements.

5. Multi-Tenancy & Data Isolation

Each organization’s data is logically separated. Users from one organization cannot access data from another organization. Role-based access controls ensure data is only visible to authorized team members.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You may request data export or deletion at any time.

7. Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting us.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
