By accessing and using PracticeFlow 360 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

PracticeFlow 360 provides a cloud-based practice management platform for chartered accountants, tax consultants, and accounting firms. The Service includes client management, task tracking, time tracking, document management, compliance tracking, and related features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized members of your organization. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
